Haha I like that quote. I look at the Hawaiian bananas I bought here last week and yern to make some banana bread. Haha I am nuts I know. Baking is one of my favorite things to do!
Ugh yup. Last night we were tortured to stay awake during another Bikram lecture. Got to bed well after 1am. Why why why. I hear it only gets worse so I must stop my complaining. As long as I am up and moving around I am fine. Its the sitting during lectures in those pain in the ass painful 'back jack' chairs and listening to a monotone voice that puts me right to sleep.
Its been an amazing day today!
Class in the morning was with Emmy again. Yae! Than we went right to the beach for an hr with our pre-packed breakfast or lunch whatever it was we filled our bellies with. I made a friend whom I shared some food with. I dunno his name. He was white, feathery, and had some pigeon toes :) No I am not losing it yet. I miss all my animals at home! So I shared some bread and carrots and nuts with the bird. He wasn't too keen on carrots but loved the cashews I fed him. Too bad if he gets sick later bcs I dunno if that stuff is good for birds. Layed out for an hr and swam a little (we had our sunblock on) than went back for Anatomy lecture. Since then we have been off!! Weird bcs its only been a week and a half but having these solid couple of hrs to do what we please feels glorious!! Yeesh wait another 6 more weeks. haha. I pray this isnt the last time we get a special break in the day like this!
Looking forward to heading over to Barnes and Noble shortly to go to Bikrams book signing. He is only suppose to talk for a half hr. Although everyone laughs at the idea of that. I don't think he can talk for only a half hr. Hopefully the signing will go fast so we can book it out of there and get back to free time again. Well not that exciting. I plan to watch a little tv as I study and write up my Anatomy notes (first test is this Monday!) than def go to sleep earlyyyy tonight! Wahoo. Almost Friday. Spam Jam is this Saturday! Yessssss. Seriously, when you wrote, "he was white, feathery, and had some pigeon toes" it took me a few more sentences before I realized you were talking about a bird! And not a tall, skinny guy with ugly feet! Keep the posts coming!
