Aye my shoulder hurts during class! Gotta just keep icing and resting it as much as I can. Its funny how you don't notice how much a body part is used until it hurts. Every posture uses your arms and they are nearly always raised above the head - ouch. Allergy stuffy nose issue is gone though. Your gonna laugh at all the things I constantly explain and experience with my body in the upcoming weeks. Seems like everyone here is going through a million different issues, aches,and pains here. This is all so intense on the body and mind! I am beginning to notice that whole not wanting to chew and preferring liquid meals thing people have said to expect. Not that I wont eat food, I mean I love food! But we went over to Jamba Juice after class today for big protein shakes as a breakfast/lunch instead of making food. Weird just being too tired to feel like chewing and eating normal food.

Dr. Lilian Glass, the speech therapist came to give us a lecture today. Phenomenal! Time with her flew by and I wish we had a whole day or at least a half day to learn more with her. This evening we have posture clinic so it will be great to see some of the reccomendations she offered being put into play.

Bikram is leaving tomorrow for Tokyo. He is working on opening many many studios there. He was with us at Training for a solid 3 weeks! He told us most trainings he is only there the first week and than in and out throughout the 2 months bcs he has so many other things going on he needs to take care of. He will be back in a week or so to give us more lectures and classes! It's been a great experience so far listening and learning from him. The man loves to talk!

I got my favorite orange friend a present yesterday!! Pumpernickel is gonna love it, I know it! I keep buying him toys that I think he will def have fun with and he can't be bothered. I knowww this one will def be a hit. Its a small ball with a ferrit attached sort of rolling around it hanging on. The ball is operated by a battery. Never saw something like that, but def will spark his interest I think. Ha. Im excited to come home with a treat for my Pumperoni. Maybe it'll smooth over me being away so long. I miss him!

Ah! Got an email from my nieces yesterday! Def made my day!! Such a sweet little message from them. Tori, next time your home pleaseee take pics of Charles Kane and send em to me! I know its only been about a month but babies change so fast. I know he is doing something new and I am missing out! Thanks!! Gonna go grab some dinner before posture clinic. Yae its Friday! Class tomorrow morning and than the rest of the wknd is mineeeeee...to study and recite dialogue....in the sun at the beach. Aloha! * Sarah
